Victron Energy Lynx Distributor (M10)

The Lynx Distributor (M10) is a modular DC busbar with integrated fusing and fuse monitoring and is part of the Victron Energy Lynx DC distribution system.

The Lynx DC distribution system is a modular busbar system that incorporates DC connections, power distribution, fusing and battery monitoring.

The Lynx Distributor (M10) can be used on its own as a standalone fusing and distribution system, or it can be combined with the other Lynx (M10) modules in the range to form a modular system to suit your specific needs.

Inside the Lynx Distributor (M10) there is a positive and negative busbar. The positive busbar has four fuse-protected M8 connections (utilising mega fuses) with fuse monitoring, whilst the negative busbar has four connections and a ground connection. On the front of the unit there is a power LED and four fuse status indication LEDs*. Multiple Distributor modules can be connected together to form a longer busbar, providing more fused connections.

This unit has a nominal current rating of 1000A for 12V, 24V or 48V systems, and M10 module connection bars and studs.

• Note: the fuse detection circuit is not self-powered and normally takes its power from a Lynx Smart BMS (M10) or Lynx Shunt VE.Can (M10) via an RJ10 cable (supplied). If these modules are not being used with the Lynx Distributor, the RJ10 cable can be used to connect to an external 5V DC source that will provide power to the fuse detection circuit. Data is available over the RJ10 cable, only when connected to a Lynx Smart BMS module.
